Med Spec has been a proven leader in design and production of orthopedic and sports medicine products for over 40 years. Each product is designed to provide maximum comfort with the most efficient support and protection available on the market today.

Med Spec currently has two facilities. Our production plant is over 40,000 square feet. Our corporate office is located in Charlotte, NC. We are proud to be one of the remaining companies that do not employ overseas manufacturing.

Med Spec employs a production staff consisting over 50 talented and dedicated individuals who are all trained to use our state-of-the-art equipment.
