Return Policy
If you did not purchase a Med Spec® product directly from Medical Specialties Inc., then please contact the company you purchased the product from if you wish to return a product.
If you purchased a Med Spec product directly from Medical Specialties Inc. and you wish to return it, then please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number before returning or exchanging any product. This will insure prompt and accurate credit or replacement. Non-warranty returns and exchanges will only be accepted for new products within 60 days from date of shipment and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom products, discontinued products or products that have been changed in material or design may not be returned or exchanged for any reason except for Med Spec’s error.
Warranty Policy
Med Spec® products have a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of six months from date of purchase. Before returning a product you believe is defective, please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number. Should the product prove defective after inspection, Med Spec will replace it at no charge. This warranty is limited to materials and workmanship only, and does not include failure due to wear, incorrect laundering, or improper fitting.
PDAC Letters
Below you will find PDAC letters for all Med Spec® products that were assigned HCPCS codes by Medicare’s Pricing, Data Analysis, and Coding (PDAC) contractor. If you do not see a PDAC letter for a product it means that it is not PDAC verified. Please visit the individual product page and look under the part numbers tab for a suggested HCPCS code for products not found in the list below. Med Spec suggests these codes as a convenience to our customers. Med Spec is not responsible for any errors or subsequent changes in the codes and does not guarantee eligibility for reimbursement based on the information provided.
